Posting Guidelines

Arkokabay.com is an independent civic forum for civic dialogue on issues of federalism, democracy, good governance, human rights and sustainable development in Eritrea.

Constructive contributions are welcome from any person. Contributors can write in any Eritrean language in addition to English. The following instructions should be followed when sending an article or written material for publishing:-

·         Writer’s full name, contact address and telephone number in full.
·         Articles should be sent as a Microsoft Word document.
·         Contributors should refrain from posting materials of a destructive, defamatory, or insulting nature.
·         We urge contributors to be absolutely certain that they have obtained consent from the appropriate sources, authors and/or news agencies to  redistribute their material should it be covered by copyright. Neither the Webmaster, nor the site will accept any responsibility for improper, dishonest or illegal posting of materials as such responsibility rests solely with the contributor.

The Webmaster reserves the right of final say on whether or not any material will be published. If a submission does not meet our guidelines, it may not be posted. Acceptable submissions will be posted in accordance with the website's update schedule, and other relevant technical criteria.
